I remember receiving Amity’s Weddingwire inquiry in late January. I did like all business owners do when they have an inquiry, I Facebooked them to see a photo. Amity and Ted were a gorgeous couple that I had to have. Certain couples you know are meant for your brand. I wanted them to be an Intellect Media couple. This year I have been focused on branding and marketing from a wedding videography perspective. I want to ensure my films attract a certain clientele. Amity and Ted fit the look to perfection!
They were a fun couple, who loved laughing, but demanded a certain level of quality and uniqueness.
It didn’t hurt that they also had some great vendors. One of whom was Ashley from Soirees by Lauren. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley last year. She runs a smooth ship, and her attention to detail sets her apart. Not to mention, she brought in LONG tables for the reception decor, and I have been dying to do a wedding with long tables. On top of that, Amity told me they were draping the room. That was enough for me. They probably were wondering why I was so excited about long tables and drape. They were two more things I could mark off my wedding videography bucket list. They also had the lighting expert, Will King Photography.
I feel like my team stepped up to the biggest plate thus far. Together we created such an amazing experience for Amity and Ted. The reviews they received on Facebook reminded me of the reasons why I love doing wedding videography.
