I have known Nigel for several years. We met through mutual friends and over the years we have built a strong friendship. I was honored to be selected as his wedding videographer. I met Haley several times, but we never had the opportunity to get to know one another because something was always going on. Their wedding allowed us to sit down, get to know each other and I am truly honored to say, I am friends with an amazing couple. Oh…in case you were wondering, their wedding was a cinematic masterpiece for this wedding videographer.

How they met?

Haley and Nigel attended Hampton University, but their journey together did not start there. They knew each other, but there was no interest at that time. It wasn’t until 5 years later in Atlanta, Georgia did these two paths cross again. Both were in Atlanta for different reasons, but when Nigel saw Haley was in the city at the same time, he knew it was his chance to make a move. After several attempts to get some time with Haley, he finally was granted 5 minutes for coffee. The rest was history.

The Wedding Vision

Haley’s dream wedding was all about moments. A meaningful ceremony, which her father proceeded over, and a great reception. She wanted everyone to have a good time and she wanted the food to be great. Nigel on other hand, wanted it to be a party. LOL. Both wanted the wedding to be memorable and they both wanted to stay in the moment. One of the key things they both communicated to me was their trust in me. Brides, trust your wedding videographers to do what they do best, create. You won’t be disappointed.

The Wedding Day

The wedding day was a smooth one. Haley did one key thing that most brides forget, not to worry. Whatever was not done, was not going to be done the day of. She trusted her vendors. Nigel made sure we all were taken care of and that allowed us to create a great film. The couple was married in front of family and friends. The wedding venue, the Ruth by Beau Monde was stunning. The film turned out amazing and we hope you enjoy as much as Haley and Nigel did. Congratulations you two!
