For all my fellow vendors in the wedding videography field, you know what it is like to get an email from a bride. Crystal’s email was a little different. I could tell she was one of the few brides who took the time to watch our wedding films. When I can sense a bride has researched us, it is a good sign she has decided she wants Intellect Media. I was fortunate to meet Crystal and Ronald the following week at Panera Bread. We instantly hit it off. This was the most important day of their lives and they wanted to make sure it was captured perfectly.
Crystal and Ronald were one of the first couples that I started implementing pre-production on. We talked periodically about what their vision was for their wedding day. One of the most important parts in wedding videography is having a plan of execution. I love being in constant contact with my brides to create plans, to build trust, and to implement the vision for their wedding day.
Even though it was a year out, the day arrived quickly. We were able to work with the talented, Will Hawkins Photography and the beautiful, DeAnna Janese of Affinity Event Creative. Together, we were able to give Crystal and Ronald the perfect wedding. Wedding videography is not an easy field. I know some people think it is, but it requires a lot of attention to detail- especially at this wedding.
Crystal and Ronald were married at the Sheraton Hotel in Downtown Norfolk. The prep was amazing. I was able to create some gorgeous cinematography, thanks to all of the planning. I think you get my point by now. When you plan and have a solid vision, wedding videography becomes much easier.
But don’t take my word for it…See for yourself!
