Rebrand 2k17 has arrived, The Luxury Handcrafted Wedding Videography movement! This our second rebrand since we started our company in 2012. Both rebrands have come at an unexpected time. The first rebrand was designed to focus strictly on the wedding brand. My original plan when I started Intellect Media was to do corporate and weddings, but I quickly realized quality and style would lack. I believe each field required full focus in order to be efficient. Some companies are able to do a good mixture of both, but I had to choose. I wanted to do both, but I didn’t want to be subpar at both. I needed to be great at one. Weddings is where my heart is. It has been an exciting journey. This past year, I hit another cross road.

2012-2013

2013-2016

I am coming off a record breaking year for Intellect Media. We did a total of 53 weddings. All of them were unique in their own way. I still don’t know how my team and I were able to do 53 weddings. We did more weddings than there are weeks in a year. In 2017, I wanted to take it up a notch. I wanted to focus on the bride that fits us the best. The bride that is sitting at her computer around the world, looking for the perfect cinematography team. The bride that values wedding videography so much, that she is willing do whatever it takes to achieve her vision. We want that bride.

It started with a simple promo idea two years ago, but I felt we weren’t ready at that time. Don’t worry, the promo will be released tomorrow and I will go into details on that later. You will love it. I was sitting back thinking, “will this promo be all I need to attract my bride? No, that can’t be enough.” I began to dissect my logo, my website, and my branding materials. I came to the conclusion that everything needed to be more simplistic and cleaner. It didn’t need to be animated. It didn’t need to be an attention grabber. It simply needed to complement. Everything needed to complement our films. The look, the feel, the colors, the logo; all should give the same feeling of our films. So we went to the drawing board, and proceeded to create the new brand for 2k17. Everything starts with a moment. My business was created due to a moment. Couples are getting married because of the beautiful moments they’ve shared with each other. Intellect Media 2K17 is created to create the moment for the perfect bride!
