Sometimes the best weddings are the ones you are not expecting to get. Nick + Joy wedding was the unexpected..I received a call from a Michael Dragon of Dragon Studio asking me was free to capture a wedding for his clients. Normally, I am all ears when Mike calls, but this time it was different. He called me the week of the wedding. Anybody, who is a wedding videographer, knows calls during the week of a wedding are very few-and-far-in-between. It is also rare we are even free. The stars must’ve lined up good for this to happen. Unfortunately I knew I would be exhausted. I was coming off a 10-hour wedding day and my team was at a wedding shooting for 12 hours.The wedding day arrives. I wake up sore as usual and I am dreading working another 10 hour day. I get to The Founders Inn and Spa, where I was greeted by the Bride, Joy with her sisters.Let me say this: Joy is a true example of having a smile that can fill up a room. Her energy was so high; it was like she passed some to me to jump-start my engine.What happened after I got my second wind was nothing short of phenomenal. If there were ever a definition of the perfect wedding with the perfect couple, Nick and Joy would be it! I am so excited to share this amazing couple, and their amazing wedding.
